Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).

What we collect

• Account data — name, email, and workspace details you provide at sign-up.
• Financial data — the accounting records you enter or import into your workspace.
• Usage & security data — logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide and secure the Service, process billing, and support you. We do not sell your data or use your financial records for advertising.

Storage & security

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. Each workspace is isolated as a separate tenant. We use encrypted secrets, secure sessions, and offer two-factor authentication. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run LedgerOne (e.g. hosting, database, payment, and email providers), under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.
