Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want pricing to be fair and predictable. This policy explains trials, cancellations, and refunds.

Free trial

Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial — no charge and no card required to begin. You only pay if you choose a paid plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Workspace → Billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it ends and the workspace pauses. Your data is retained and is not deleted on cancellation.

Refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current period. If you were charged in error or experienced a material service issue, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case in good faith.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we automatically retry for a short grace period. If it remains unpaid, the workspace is suspended until payment is updated — your data is preserved.
