Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LedgerOne (the “Service”). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for keeping your credentials secure. Enable two-factor authentication for sensitive accounts. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your organization.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in Philippine Peso (PHP) on a recurring basis through our payment provider. New workspaces begin with a free trial. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Your data

Your financial records remain yours. We process them solely to provide the Service. Each workspace is isolated from others. You may export your data and may request deletion of your workspace.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access other tenants’ data, disrupt the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available and may update features over time. We may modify these terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service.

6. Disclaimers & liability

LedgerOne is accounting software, not accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for your statutory filings. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
